What Is Your Orientation On Healing?
First is to allow individuals to take back the healing process that is to often surrendered up to others in the “give me a pill or give me a shot and make me better quickly syndrome.” You are the center of the healing process and to give this over to another, often strangers, just doesn’t seem to be the way to go. We will attempt to teach you how to regain control of your body, your mind, your life, your relationship with your symptoms and your healing journey.
The second part is to find those individuals who have the desire and the aptitude for healing to learn to become a part of the solution. If you feel you have the aptitude for healing then we offer private training as well as seminars both here in Tucson and in other areas of the country occasionally. Our new school is in the preliminary stages of design and early site preparation and will be built as the needed funds, grants, and donations appear. The time-line is to have it built within two years.
What Is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy works from the premise that your body consciousness know the best way to restore perfect balance and function and that it is to this end that your body has chosen the presenting symptoms. A substance which will produce those same symptoms in a healthy person will, when homeopathically potentized, enhance the body’s ability to work through the set of symptoms chosen in order to restore perfect balance. There are over 2000 homeopathic remedies, though fewer than 80 are commonly used.
These remedies are usually made from plants and minerals and are prepared by a process of repeated dilution and succussion (shaking to imprint the vibratory rate on the substance of dilution -alcohol or milk sugar) which is called potentization. The more times a remedy has been through the dilution process, the higher the potency is considered to be, and its action in the body is deeper and of longer duration.
Classical homeopathy is used in accordance with the principle of minimum dose, the lowest potency which will be effective as well as the least possible number of doses will be taken into account. A second dose or remedy is never given until the action of the first dose has ceased. Homeopathy seeks to stimulate the innate healing power of the individual so that all physiological systems function at their best. The benefits include a significant enhancement of one’s energy and sense of well being, the reversal of undesired mental and emotional patterns, and a decreased incidence and severity of acute diseases.
What Is A Constitutional Consultation And Treatment?
The constitutional treatment is a long term protocol for addressing predispositions, genetic weakness and chronic illness and effects a profound and beneficial change in health which will endure a long time-usually many years. The remedies suggested are very deep acting and will cover the totality of the patients symptoms. By allowing the healing process to evolve and carefully evaluating the changes that are taking place, you yourself will be able to recognize the degree and depth of healing.
The length of a homeopathic treatment is completely individual. Though you may notice an immediate improvement, you will still require a period of normal, gradual recovery. People with long- standing or chronic problems improve over widely varying periods of time. Even though general health is improving, particular symptoms many not resolve for many months in some cases. However, there should be no question that improvement is taking place, and you should not have to search too minutely for evidence of response to treatment.
Dietary guidelines for an improved nutritional program are usually given to support homeopathic treatment. Whether to adhere to these guidelines is, of course, your choice. However in almost all cases, doing so will speed up the healing process by several months.
What Questions Can I Ask During The Consultation?
Fravarti's, primary function in your healing process and role on your healing team is to try and respond to questions with assessments from outside the fields of logic and reason, highlighting insights of intuitive knowledge which are revealed when one turns within.
You can ask her questions about any symptoms you are experiencing and about any modalities of treatment you might consider to address the problems you are facing.
Among the many things that Fravarti frequently takes into consideration for her clients is an individualized integration of multiple options including Chiropractic, cranial/sacral & osteopathic adjustments, massage, and deep tissue work,acupuncture, chelation, homeopathy, Edgar Cayce therapies such as castor oil packs, orthomolecular therapies (nutrient specific), diet, supplements, vitamins & herbs, cell salts, and flower remedies. All to support emotional progression and physical recovery.
You may ask Fravarti what is causing the problem, how long it will take to solve this problem and what would be required of you in the healing process. Okay So What Questions Should I Ask?
Fravarti is not a fortune teller. Her experience is that she can’t tell you what’s going to happen because the future is not set. So she can only talk with you about possibilities and probabilities with influences. Please don’t ask her what car you should buy. Instead, ask her how you can fulfill your purpose in life. For you see, interest deepens the attunement, gives clearer, stronger impressions and accurate, insightful, and powerful answers. A good question to ask yourself in order to prepare for this work might be:
Love is the deepest attunement. Her relationship with her clients is like a prayer, and a prayer is a love relationship. From this level she deals with questions and answers that allow you to fulfill the purpose of your life. Her answer to you is also meant to be the answer to a prayer. She does not want to trivialize this relationship with questions of idle curiosity.
In most cases just five minutes talking to her will be enough for you to know that you want to work with her or else to look in some other direction.
How Much Will I Pay For This Service?
Each consultation that Fravarti does through Dr. Ken Gilbert or your primary practitioner will be $75 paid in advance. Any consultations that Fravarti does directly for the client begin at $200 for the first phone call. It is possible to get an in depth constitutional reading for $400 paid in advance. What About Charity Work?
Fravarti also does a certain amount of Charity, Sanctuary, and Free work. She has served on the Board of Directors of several animal sanctuaries including the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee and has provided emotional insights and guidance with homeopathic remedies for the often abused elephants accepted there. She also has had that privilege on behalf of the Wolves at the Wolfsong Ranch Foundation and the rescued feral cats at the IBF sanctuary.
Over the years Fravarti has been guided to work with clients who truly did not have the capacity to pay and had completely fallen through the cracks of our countries health systems. This is a work whose fruits belong to God. Fravarti participates in the distribution of food, medicine, medical care, clothes and toys for many who do not otherwise get their basic needs met. However, most clients are asked to pay the full allotment so that they stay conscious of the value of this work in their lives. Payment plans may be made when warranted.
How Should I Prepare For a Phone Consultation?
Plan to not be driving your car or having cell phone reception problems during your appointment. Make sure you have plenty of paper and a writing implement to take notes with. Please find a quiet, non-distracting environment where you will be able to give your full attention to the consultation.
Do Your Intuitive Medical Consultations Tell Me What I Should Do?
No, you still have to decide what is right for you at all times, according to your values, your priorities, your capacities, and your own inner guidance. But when you are stuck in the rut of looking at your problem from the limited perspective of fear based medicine, consider something more refreshing that supports your healing and sparks your passion for life, and consider a prospective from outside the tempest in a tea cup that challenges you.
Such spiritual conversation may provide a breakthrough of insight and consideration of creative options.
Is Fravarti A Doctor?
No, absolutely not. And she does not allow clients to use her as a doctor. Fravarti is very adamant about this. She does not have a classic medical education or certification and she does not have a medical outlook on your problem. She may be the least medically oriented member of the healing team. She is a sensitive intuitive and it is that perspective that we are applying to questions of health and healing.
When a doctor consults with Fravarti it will usually be about patients who face the most difficulty challenges. There is a feeling that more information is needed for this case to progress. Something may be behind the symptom that needs to be addressed.
The doctor discusses with Fravarti how they might in each case best take advantage of all that traditional medicine has always offered, together with the latest advantages and developments of modern medicine, especially in the new field of complementary or integrated medicine.
Will You Talk To My Doctor?
Fravarti is available to consult with your doctor or health care provider. There is usually a charge of $75 for this service. When the consultation is requested by the physician it is sometimes paid for by the physician but it is best to make these arrangements with him or her. In any case the patient is responsible to see Fravarti is paid.
How Can I Find A Doctor In My Area Who Will Work With Me?
Good question. We know that this can be a very frustrating process. But Fravarti, after spending four years in community with Patch Adams, can assure you that there are an abundance of idealistic doctors out there with open minds that have been influenced by the spokespersons of our age in this field: Andy Weil, Depak Chopra, Carolyn Myss, and Louise Hay.
If you are looking to take some responsibility for this healing journey rather than just expect the doctor to heal you, then you will find creative and inspired healers on your journey- and some of them will be doctors. Be willing to really work with your doctor and do the things that healing requires of you and we predict that you will have no trouble finding a good and appropriate doctor.
What If I Need Help and Fravarti Herself Is Not Available?
Fravarti is available on a very limited basis. She believes that her work is divinely guided and that the synchronicity of being brought together with her patients and clients is divine grace. She believes those people who need her the most will in some way come into her life.
In the meantime, if you are waiting for an appointment with Fravarti herself but you need help now, please avail yourself of all other options. In medical emergencies seek acute medical care. In emotional emergencies seek counseling at appropriate agencies. And for spiritual emergencies seek spiritual guidance. Waiting for an answer from Fravarti is like waiting for an answer from a prayer.. Trust that if and when she can help you she will. Please make an appointment as well as pursuing all other reasonable resources and support systems. She is not a substitute for your doctor, counselor, or minister.
How Do I Take These Remedies?
Take only one remedy at a time (unless told specifically otherwise) according to the interval indicated in your consultation. For example, Sulphur 10M, 10 doses, 1 dose every 10 days means take one dose of Sulphur 10M (5 pellets per dose) and wait ten days before taking your second dose. Continue in this manner until you have completed all 10 doses. If you miss taking your remedy by a day or two, take it as soon as you remember. If you are more than 2 days late, you need to adjust all subsequent doses on your calendar. If you get off of your schedule for a few weeks, you can just pick up where you left off. If you have been off your remedies for 4 to 6 months, you need to ask your doctor before returning to the remedy.
Indicated remedies are to be taken successively, not concurrently. Very rarely will you ever take them at the same time and you will be specifically told. Even when remedies are specifically indicated as concurrent, they are not taken on the same day.
Take your remedy in a “homeopathically clean mouth.” This means No Flavors Or Tastes Lingering In The Mouth. If you can taste your toothpaste or the last thing you ate or drank, do not take your remedy yet. If you must take your remedy when there is a taste in your mouth, first brush your teeth with plain water and then wait a couple of minutes. Ten minutes after taking your remedy you can eat and drink as normal. Nursing babies can nurse immediately before or after taking a remedy. Never mix remedy into any food or water as a carrier, as the remedy will not be effective. Do not chew the pellets. Allow them to dissolve in the mouth, rolling them on your tongue like candy.
You do not have to avoid mint (as in toothpaste or tea), camphor containing products (such as Vicks vapor Rub), coffee, tea, acupuncture, or anything else during your constitutional treatment. However, we do recommend waiting at least 20 minutes before and after each dose in order to assure full effectiveness of your remedy. In the case of acupuncture it is best to allow 24 hours before and after each dose.
Sometimes it is appropriate to use an acute remedy while undergoing constitutional treatment. Each remedy has a specific duration of action as well as specific complementary relationships. Your doctor is available to advise you in the use of acute remedies. Usually one interrupts constitutional treatments for the duration of the acute treatment.
Every complete Constitutional Treatment is a commitment for at least 4 years. There may be some fine tuning in the constitutional outline during this time. PLEASE STAY IN TOUCH AND KEEP US INFORMED OF YOUR PROGRESS IN ORDER TO HAVE THE BEST POSSBILE EXPERIENCE.Some remedies can cause an aggravation or specific symptoms such as rashes or joint pains for some individuals as the healing process moves problems from the deeper and more critical organs to the surface. When you have a question about your symptoms please call the doctor who is providing primary care for your homeopathic treatment. All clients pursuing constitutional treatment need to be rechecked by Fravarti 4 times in the 4 years. This can be done through the practioner who is providing primary care. Constitutional treatment effects a very profound and beneficial change in health which will endure for a long time-usually many years. The length of treatment is completely individual. Even though general health is improving, particular symptoms may not resolve for many months in some cases.

Where Do I Get The Remedies You Recommend?
Clients are responsible for providing their own remedies. For your convenience we offer a list of pharmacies. When ordering remedies, ask for multi-dose tubes of the remedy and potency indicated for you. There are more than 12 doses in a multi-dose tube. You do not need to order all of your remedies at the same time. Usually you will be on one remedy and potency for 3 to 9 months. Ordering just 2 remedies and potencies at one time will often take you through a year of constitutional treatment. More than 90% of the remedies are over the counter products freely available to anyone who knows what to ask for. For clients who need one of the controlled remedies, available to professionals only, I provide additional assistance. Overnight or second day is available for an additional fee and is highly recommended as if you don’t ask it often takes a week or two to get your remedy.

You Don't Know Me!
This is the first defense against hearing something you don't like. If it's true that I don't know you this can be an advantage. I won't have preconceived notions or judgments about you that might stand in the way of intuitive insights. What I do know about you is what I know about myself. My motives, my weakness, limitations, my fears and the defenses my ego uses. When I attune to you it is through that part of myself that has similar issues and experiences as you. Once I find you in myself, talking about you is as natural and intimate as talking about myself.
That doesn't ring true...
This is the second line of defense against hearing things that might make you uncomfortable. It means : 'I don't want to look at this in that way.' Can you re-say that another way and use your creativity to overcome my defenses? Open the door, convince me. The most effective approach for the student at this juncture is to consider "What if...?" What if she's right. What would that mean? Especially in regard to what the real problem might be as opposed to what I have been considering as the problem.
"My doctor (kinesiologist, chiropractor, mother, friend) says I need... or I have to...". Why don't you support that?
Your doctor (etc.) has good reason for what he tells you to do, reasons that come from his own belief system about what specific supplements, medicines, and therapeutic modalities will do. My job is an attunement to the individual to determine whether it will indeed do that in your case and at this time, when used in the suggested manner. Sometimes experiential reality defies reason. My job is to explain to you when that will be the case and why.
Why does it take so long...? Why am I not well yet?
As long as there is the possibility of some benefit to you, something to be gained, your body will continue to express the clues that you need to lead you to that possibility. Your body is expressing messages for your soul. The relationship between the body and soul is a love relationship. The body suffers willingly the pains and limitations necessary for the soul's accomplishment of its purpose in manifesting. The body is communicating to you about the inner conflicts between what you think, what you feel, what you know and what you believe. When these different modes of awareness are unable to act as a team, as an integrated self, your body will express this disharmony through symptoms of pain, illness and limitation. So long as you continue to have conditioned and automatic reactions to experience from any of these levels of your being, you are still responding to your experience from the past instead of in the now. This is a failure to progress and your body will show you that you are stuck in order that you might better be able to free yourself.
Embrace the healing journey as a divine gift and do not wish for it to be over, for it never is. We can, however, recover our joy in life, our confidence in the meaningfulness of our tests and trials and our gratitude for the opportunity to have this experience.
Why can't you heal me? Why are you trying to make me do it myself when you're supposedly the healer and I'm the patient (i.e. victim)?
I can't change how you feel, but I may be able to teach you how to do so. Healing is the result of integrity. My teacher says that Avoidance and Denial are your God given right and necessary defenses of the ego. Part of my job is to guide you in your path until you no longer need those defenses; to help you find a safe way to look at and interpret your experience and to help you use it towards an outcome that you desire. The power to heal and regenerate is innate in all life forms. I don't have the authority to heal you until you have accessed your inner power to let go of your defenses.
Why do you give me only 15 minutes? That doesn't even give me enough time to explain my problems (symptoms) to you.
About 95% of the time, 15 minutes is all it takes to provide the necessary information for you to work with until the next time that we can talk. Understanding often takes much longer. It comes in time - your time, not my time. You need time to work with the information I've given you and in that process you will come up with questions you had not previously encountered. I rarely have any need to ask you questions, other than those that are intended to help you change the way you are looking at your problems. I have spent many years learning to be so precise, for only in this way can I answer the cry of humanity, rather than just a few individuals. The need is great. This means access to my time must be limited. Fravarti cannot become your entire spiritual/emotional support system. She can, however, guide you in developing a support system that upholds you and facilitates your healing progress.
If I am working with you and a problem comes up, why don't you respond to my call in a timely manner?
My work is the answer to a prayer - my prayer and yours. If I cannot make a difference it seems, I simply do not 'feel' the call. I trust the process. In other cases, clients have surprisingly reached me after hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Those clients tell me: "I knew I couldn't expect to reach you but my need was so great that I prayed about it and then called." When I hear the call within my own being from the One whom I serve, I answer the call.
"Why do you make it so hard? I want to get well but you tell me to give up wheat (or chocolate or sugar or all 3). Do you have any understanding how hard it is to do that and still live my life? And if that weren't next to impossible already you confound me with further struggles by saying I have to do emotional spiritual homework as well. If homeopathy is so good (or effective) this shouldn't be so hard on me."
Yes, I understand how hard it is and I'm not asking you to do anything I haven't done myself, but the crux of the matter may be that "and still live my life" part. By making the changes I suggest you will definitely be changing your life - your habits, your outlook, what you think, feel and believe, what you do and don't do, as well as the pace, timing and rhythm of your life. I am asking you to change that which is making you sick - and you are the only one who can do it. What you get in return is a new life. Yes, homeopathy is very effective but there is nothing you can put in your mouth and nothing I can do for you that will overcome what you fail to do for yourself. If you will try again and try as hard as you can, I will be there for you as you go through the process to help you receive all the encouragement and support of the divine creator who loves you so much that She created the entire universe just for the possibility of you and what you might do. I believe in you and I will remind you that you used to believe in yourself. There was a time when life couldn't keep you down. No matter if you cracked your head on a coffee table or tumbled down the stairs, before too long you would be back on your feet, learning to walk, learning to run. We need to access again that irrepressible spirit in you. It's hard, but not too hard; not impossible. You just lost faith in yourself somewhere along the way. You still see the possibility that someone else could do it. Why not you. I will hold that possibility open for you.
If I'm doing all the work, what do I need you for?
Because you've lost your way and gotten confused. The willingness is there, if only you knew what to do so that your energies would not get dissipated, your resources exhausted before you reach your goal. Logic and reason says do this, conditioning says do that, but nothing seems to be working. You've tried for years. You've tried until it hurts and still not found the way. You need a Sherpa to guide your way in the Himalayas. Maybe he carries extra baggage for you, breaks a trail so you don't become exhausted and he knows the best routes, but in the end he will stand back and watch you plant your flag at the top of the peak you have conquered and he rejoices with you, knowing that what you really conquered was yourself. That's why you made the journey in the first place.
Why do you charge what you do? I can go to a doctor for a $5 co-pay.
Your doctor is supported by a third party payment plan which much of our culture is deeply invested in. Fravarti is not. When you work with Fravarti, the third party is God. There are times in the process when Fravarti is working harder on your behalf than you are for yourself. Not just the few minutes we have on the phone but rather my entire life is oriented toward the goal of being able to serve in this way. It may seem that I simply pluck these answers from thin air but the experiential reality is somewhat comparable to picking apples. To reach up and pick enough apples to feed an individual is not too difficult. When one lifts ones arms overhead again and again, a single individual picking enough apples to feed the multitude, the work is physically exhausting, mentally taxing and emotionally overwhelming. In the course of my work I face countless tragedies and endless crises, as those who seek me out are facing the most difficult and challenging trials of their lives. My fees are set in accordance with the same divine guidance I use to answer your questions. I trust it completely.
I did everything you said and I didn't get well.
Not likely, but you probably did the best you could with what I said. The Sufi Master Pir-O-Murshid Inayat Khan teaches that you can't have what you don't believe. In my reality I experience angels and faeries. This is according to my belief. Most people do not share my experience. I also believe in perfect healing as represented by the Grail cup and by the woman who touched the hem of the robe of Christ. My life path has been designed as the exemplar of the belief that there is no wound so great that it cannot be healed. The wounds that I have suffered have been so daunting that the mass consciousness of humanity would not believe it possible for me to recover. We hold in our psyche the idea that there are some wounds that are so great that they cannot be overcome. Even the resurrection of Christ is not enough to prove otherwise to their mindset.
The Almighty God whose children you are, loved you so much that He made sure before allowing you to manifest in this plane that you get out alive, whole and unharmed. It's written right into the programming of the Universe. That same perfection is available to you now, but it requires a change in ones point of view, a training in right attitude. Christ offers us a training in this attitude in the Sermon on the Mount. Perhaps you feel that you do not understand what He meant or how you could possibly apply it to your own life. The Master was well aware that this would be part of your experience for He too experienced the limitations of the human condition. He and the other World Teachers left us some clues as to how this might be done. The most consistent part of the message of our Masters, Saints and Prophets has been to open your heart, for the heart knows what the mind cannot explain. The capacity of the open heart, unblocked by fear, has no limitations. As it is written in the holy scriptures - the whole universe cannot contain My being and yet I am contained in the heart of a single believer.

I feel my child's health has seemed to be progressively weakened since his third series of immunizations. I asked our pediatrician but he said there is no connection and to continue on a routine schedule I’m afraid to let my baby have more shots and I’m afraid not to. He’s been sick a lot. Can you help?
Of a certainty, there are children who have negative reactions to an immunization or to a series of immunization shots. And indeed we could have much more flexibility in our choice of specific immunizations and their timing in our child's life. It may be wiser to follow a more individualized approach which may include delaying an immunization because the child is already compromised and not really up to any further challenge to his already overstressed immune system. In some cases it may mean eliminating a specific immunization and in another case all immunizations, at least for a time. This can be a difficult question and Fravarti recommends that one be guided by prayers and personal belief. This child was entrusted to you. You will know what is right for your family if your answer comes from within rather than without.
